At 219 this is a cheap Acne Studios sweater/hoodie which isn't sized for women only. It's rare to spot these and while I haven't got it in hand, it looks to be very good considering the price. The one in the photos is a large.
Update: I now have it in hand, and even if it's without labels, it's very close to retail. Highly recommended.
