Superbuy, known as a Taobao agent, will help you order, check the quality of the item and ship it to you. Their business is communication, so they will assist you with any questions, returns and logistics. Their english is pretty good and they are there to assist you, checking quality or missing orders.
There are alternatives to Superbuy like CSSBuy and JFBee. I’m choosing Superbuy, not because of my affiliate link, but it’s the most well known and used agent.
Benefits
You can get a hold of very hiqh-quality fashion, for a good price, without having to deal with the hassles of trying to communicate in Chinese. And through the use of China Haul you’ll easily find some incredible deals, including rare and sold out street- and fashion wear.
Downsides
Counterfeit manufacturers doesn’t require any labor laws. And there are more than one ethical argument to consider before buying a replica.
It is more expensive than you think. Buying one item and having it shipped over to Europe or the states doesn’t make too much sense. Hence the name haul, you’re likely to end up more than you had in mind.
Patience is a virtue, because ordering and shipping takes time. The item has to be ordered from Taobao with the agent you’re using. The agent then orders the item for you and ships it to a warehouse where you can get a quality check. This usually takes a week. From there on, you’ve got to prepare any other orders you might have – And then ship it over seas. It takes time.
